تیرانا ( پایتخت آلبانی)- ساکنان این شهر سعی میکنن مرگشون رو به تاخیر بندازن! تا دولت و شورای شهر به جر و بحث خود در رابطه با کمبود فضا در قبرستان های این شهر خاتمه بدن:

TIRANA (Reuters) - Tirana residents are trying to put off dying until the government and city officials end their row over space shortages in the Albanian capital's graveyards

شهرداری تیرانا یکی از دو گورستان این شهر رو بسته و گفته که اون یکی هم فقط برای ۱ هفته دیگه فضا برای تدفین اموات داره. از دولت هم بخاطر امتناع کردن از سلب مالکیت زمین های اطراف که فضای کافی رو برای دو سال دیگه ی گورستان تامین میکنن انتقاد میکنه:

تف انداختن (روم بدیوار) در معرض عموم در هند معموله.اما این عمل باعث شده یک افسر تو هچل قرار بگیره:

"رائو" به دانشجویانی که دربرابر افزایش شهریه شون معترض شده بودند تف انداخت! والدین از او سخت عصبانی شدن و علیه ش شکایت کردند:

  A Berlin foster mother was ordered to remove a marijuana crop her teenage son had been growing in the garden where six small children under her care have been playing

Chicken lays mystery Allah egg

آلماتی - قزاقستان. در یک روستا مرغی تخمگذاری کرده که برروی پوسته ی تخم مرغ نام "الله" حک شده!

ALMATY (Reuters) - A chicken in a Kazakh village has laid an egg with the word "Allah" inscribed on its shell, state media reported Thursday

یک کشاورز ساکن روستا میگه:

ما از آن نگهداری میکنیم و فکر نمیکنیم که این تخم مرغ فاسد بشه یا از بین بره:

من جایزه  صلح نوبل را در حالی میپذیرم که ۲۲ میلیون سیاه پوست امریکا درحال مبارزه برای به پایان رساندن شب دراز بی عدالتی نژادی اند.

من این جایزه را دریافت میکنم بخاطر جنبش حقوق مدنی که مصمممانه و با بی احترامی( خردبینی)ی باشکوهی! برای تاسیس سلطنت آزادی و فرمانروایی عدالت در حرکت است:    

I accept this award in behalf of a civil rights movement which is moving with determination and a majestic scorn for risk and danger to establish a reign of freedom and a rule of justice

دراین فکرم که تنها دیروز در بیرمنگام و آلبامه فرزندان ما که بشدت خواهان "برادری" اند با رگبار آتش وسگ های خشمگین و حتی مرگ پاسخ داده شدند. 

I am mindful that only yesterday in Birmingham, Alabama, our children, crying out for brotherhood, were answered with fire hoses, snarling dogs and even death

در این فکرم که دیروز با جوانانی که در فیلادلفیا و می سی سی پی بدنبال حق انتخاب بودند وحشیانه رفتار شد و آنها به قتل رسیدند.و دیروز بیش از ۴۰ مکان مقدس بمباران یا ویران شدند فقط به این جهت که پناهگاهی عرضه کرده بودند برای کسانی که نمیخواستند تبعیض نژادی را بپذیرند.

I am mindful that only yesterday in Philadelphia, Mississippi, young people seeing to secure the right to vote were brutalized and murdered. And only yesterday more than 40 houses of worship in the State of Mississippi alone were bombed or burned because they offered a sanctuary to those who would not accept segregation

دراین اندیشه ام که "فقر" ناتوان کننده و خرد کننده مردم ما را رنجور کرده و آنها را به پایین ترین پله نردبان اقتصادی زنجیر کرده است:

I am mindful that debilitating and grinding poverty afflicts my people and chains them to the lowest rung of the economic ladder

بنابراین باید بپرسم چرا این جایزه به جنبشی اهدا میشود که تحت محاصره است و متعهد به منازعه ای بی امان . جنبشی که هنوز صلح و برادری را که جوهره ی جایزه نوبل است بدست نیاورده:

Therefore, I must ask why this prize is awarded to a movement which is beleaguered and committed to unrelenting struggle; to a movement which has not won the very peace and brotherhood which is the essence of the Nobel Prize

بعد از تفکر بسیار به این نتیجه میرسم که جایزه ای که بخاطر این جنبش دریافت کرده ام تشخیص عمیقی ست که " عدم خشونت پاسخ سئوالات سیاسی و اخلاقی حیاتی در زمان ماست".نیاز انسان برای غلبه بر بیداد و ستم و خشونت بدون توسل به ستم و خشونت!:  

After contemplation, I conclude that this award which I receive on behalf of that movement is profound recognition that nonviolence is the answer to the crucial political and moral question of our time -- the need for man to overcome oppression and violence without resorting to violence and oppression

تمدن و خشونت واژه های ضد و نقیضی هستند.سیاهپوستان امریکا بدنبال مردم هند ثابت کرده اند که عدم بکارگیری خشونت تسلیمی بی حاصل نیست . بلکه تیروی قدرتمند اخلاقی ست که دگرگون سازی اجتماعی را بدنبال دارد. دیر یا زود مردم دنیا راهی برای زندگی در آرامش خواهند یافت و بدانوسیله این مرثیه ی عالم گستر ناتمام را به سرود زاینده ی برادری تغییر خواهند داد.  

Civilization and violence are antithetical concepts. Negroes of the United States, following the people of India, have demonstrated that nonviolence is not sterile passivity, but a powerful moral force which makes for social transformation. اگر این هدف حاصل شود انسان باید برای نزاع های بشری به شیوه ای دست یابد که انتقام , خشونت و تلافی کردن را باطل کند. شالوده ی چنین روشی عشق است. جاده ی پرپیچ و خمی که از مونتگومی آلبامه به اسلو ختم شده بر این حقیقت صحه میگذارد.این , جاده ایست که میلیونها سیاه پوست بر آن قدم نهاده تا مفهوم نوینی از عزت و جلال را بیابند:

If this is to be achieved, man must evolve for all human conflict a method which rejects revenge, aggression and retaliation. The foundation of such a method is love. من امروز این جایزه را با ایمانی  پایدار و خلل ناپذیر به امریکا می پذیرم و بی باکانه به آینده ی بشر اعتقاد دارم. من از پذیرش ناامیدی بعنوان پاسخ نهایی به ابهامات تاریخ خودداری میکنم:

معتقدم که حتی امروز و درعصر شکوفایی و انفجار صنایع ماشینی و گلوله های سخت هنوز امید به فردایی روشن هست.اعتقاد دارم که عدالت زخم خورده که در خیابان های پر از خون ملت ما بخاک افتاده میتواند از این غبار ننگ برداشته شود تا بصورت عالی بر فرزندان آدم حکمفرمایی کند:  

 believe that even amid today's motor bursts and whining bullets, there is still hope for a brighter tomorrow. I believe that wounded justice, lying prostrate on the blood-flowing streets of our nations, can be lifted from this dust of shame to reign supreme among the children of men

من با جسارت معتقدم انسان در هر کجا میتواند سه وعده غذا در روز برای بدنش داشته باشد. آموزش و فرهنگ برای ذهنش و جلال و شوکت و آزادی برای روحش.معتقدم که آنچه را که انسان های خودمدار( خود پسند) ازهم گسیخته اند انسان های با گذشت میتوانند از نو بسازند.هنوز معتقدم که روزی انسان مقابل پیشگاه خدا تعظیم میکند و تاج پیروزی در برابر جنگ و خونریزی بر سر خواهد نهاد واراده ی رستگاری بخش او در قلمرو حکومتش به منصه ی ظهور در خواهد آمد:

 "ایمان" به ما برای مقابله با پیشامدهای آینده شجاعت میدهد.به پاهای خسته ی ما در پیمودن گامهای بلند بسوی شهر آزادی قوت دوباره میبخشد.وقتی ابرهای معلق بالای سرما روزها را دلتنگ کننده میکنند و شبهامان از هزاران نیمه شب تاریکتر میشوندآنوقت است که میدانیم در غوغای آفریننده ی تمدنی اصیل زندگی میکنیم که برای متولد شدن میجنگد:

This faith can give us courage to face the uncertainties of the future. It will give our tired feet new strength as we continue our forward stride toward the city of freedom. When our days become dreary with low-hovering clouds and our nights become darker than a thousand midnights, we will know that we are living in the creative turmoil of a genuine civilization struggling to be born

فکر میکنم آلفرد نوبل میداند منظورم چیست وقتی که میگویم که این جایزه را در جو عمومی متصدیان ارثی گرانبها که او با اعتماد به دارندگانش برگزار میکند دریافت میکنم. تمام کسانی که برای آنها زیبایی حقیقت است و حقیقت زیبایی -- و در نگاه چه کسانی زیبایی صلح و برادری با ارزش تر از الماس و نقره و طلاست؟

خانوم سو کی طرفدار دموکراسی و کسی که افتخار دریافت جایزه ی نوبل را داره در حالی ۶۱ مین سال تولدش رو بتنهایی! جشن میگیره که هنوز در خونه ش در میانمار بازداشته!!! این رخداد در صدر رخدادهای سالی پر هیاهو برای او ملتی ست که بنظر میرسه فاصله ی زیادی با آزادی دارند:

On June 19 Nobel laureate and pro-democracy leader Suu Kyi celebrated her 61st birthday alone, till under house arrest in Myanmar. It capped another tumultuous year in which both she andthe nation seem even further away from freedom

چند هفته پیش امید آزادی او در میان حزبش و جامعه ی بین المللی جاری شد .اما نیروی نظامی حاکم در میانمار این امیدواری را با تمدید بازداشت خانه اش برای یک سال دیگر از بین برد :

Just weeks earlier hope had swirled among her party, the National League for Democracy NLD), and the international community that she would be released. But the ruling military in Myanmar dashed those hopes on May 27, extending her house arrest for another year

از سال ۱۹۹۱ که خانوم سوکی جایزه ی صلح نوبل را دریافت کرده نه تنها بعنوان رهبر پیمان دموکراسی میانمار بلکه به چهره ای جهانی تبدیل شده .میانمار سابقا "برمه" نام داشته!

حالا رژیمی که تحت عنوان " شورای صلح و توسعه ی کشور" شناخته میشه همچنان عرصه رو بر مردم برمه تنگ کرده و بدین ترتیب جاده ی حرکت بسوی دموکراسی تیره و تار تر از پیش است.

دختر قهرمان استقلال طلبی میانمار Aung San بیشتر عمر بزرگسالی اش را در خارج از کشوربه درس و کارکردن گذراند....او زمانی بسوی سیاست سوق داده شد که برای مراقبت از مادر بیمارش به کشور برگشت . سال ۱۹۸۸ بود و تظاهرات دانشجویی علیه رژیم شدید. او در این سال نخستین سخنرانی اش- فراخوانی به دموکراسی-را در مقابل نیم میلیون جمعیت ایراد کرد.

She was propelled into politics when she returned to the country to care for her sick mother. It was 1988 and student demonstrations against the regime were raging

یکی از دانشجویانی که بهمراه ۱۰۰ دانشجوی دیگه محافظت از او رو به عهده گرفته بود میگه:

The atmosphere in 1988 was like a bomb about to explode. General dissatisfaction among the population on General Ne Win's government was mounting day after day

در همین سال جنرال Ne Win بعد از کشته شدن عده ی کثیری در اثر انفجاریک بمب استعفا داد.....این برای "سو کی"که هر از گاهی بارقه های امید را سرکوب شده میدید آغاز جنگی پر فراز و نشیب برای دموکراسی بود

For Suu Kyi and the NLD, it was the beginning of an ebb-and-flow fight for democracy that has seen occasional glimpses of hope quashed by the regime

سوکی در ۱۹۸۸ دستگیر شد .دو سال بعد حزبش در انتخابات پارلمانی پیروز شد....نیروی نظامی نتایج انتخابات رو نادیده گرفت واقدامات گسترده ای را ضد این حزب شروع کرد... در سال ۲۰۰۳ عده ای چریک نظامی وابسته به دولت به کاروان " سوکی" حمله کردند .هفتاد نفر رو کشتند و از آن زمان تا بحال دوباره "سو کی" در بازداشت بسر میبره:

The military refused to recognize the results and began sweeping action against the NLD, rounding up leaders and closing offices. Events came to a head in 2003 when a pro-government militia attacked her convoy during a journey outside the capital. As many as 70 people were killed in the attack and Suu Kyi was detained yet again

به گفته ی جوزف سیلورستین - استاد دانشگاه Rutgers -"سو کی" سمبل دموکراسی و صداقت و نماد برمه ای پر از صلح است .چیزی که نیروهای نظامی نمیخواهند باشد. امریکا برای آزادی او فشاراورد.ناگهان رژیم نظامی اعلام کرد که در حال تغییر دادن پایتخته:

The shift is ongoing, with government buildings springing up in front of mystified locals in the remote region

کماکان اوضاع بد جوری قمر در عقربه! حزب سوکی داره دوباره قدرت میگیره و از دولت نظامی حاکم میخواد برای آزادی سوکی به پای میز مذاکره بیاد.ولی نظامیا قبول نمیکنن.از قرار معلوم باید نشست و منتظر طلوع دوباره ی "Suu Kiy" از قله ی آزادی خواهی کشوری کوچک به اسم میانمار شد.
