Woman assaulted after dialing boyfriend during sex

                                                        

 

A jealous lover flew into rage and assaulted his girlfriend after she accidentally called him while having sex with another man:

عاشق حسود به شدت عصبانی شد و بعد از اینکه دوست دخترش تصادفا شماره اونوـ موقع معاشقه با مرد دیگه ای گرفت ـ به او یورش برد.

 

Toni Milton, 38, mistakenly dialed Neil O'Brien's number on her mobile phone while she was making love to her ex-boyfriend, a court heard:

در دادگاه بیان شده که: خانوم تونی میلر- 38 ساله – وقتی که داره با دوست پسر سابقش معاشقه میکنه، اشتباها شماره نیل اوبرین ( دوست پسرحال حاضرش!) رو میگیره

 

O'Brien, 41, said the sound of his girlfriend sleeping with another man caused him to flip out. He drove to her house and stamped on her face so hard he left a shoeprint.

اوبرین -41ساله- گفت (شنیدن) صدای دوست دخترش درحالی که با مرد دیگه ای خوابیده بوده باعث شد دیوونه بشه. (بنابرین)با ماشین به سمت خونه اونا رفت و چنان با شدت به صورت دختره ضربه زد که جای پاش موند!

 

He was jailed for 15 months after a judge said even the "unusual circumstances" of the incident would not save him from prison:

بعد از اینکه قاضی گفت که اوضاع و احوال منحصر به فرد اين حادثه منجر به رهايی او از زندان نمیشه ، 15 ماه حبس براش بریده شد.

Miss Milton only realized she had accidentally pressed the redial button on her mobile phone when she heard O'Brien shouting at her down the line. When she picked up the phone he said: "I take it we're finished then?"

دوشیزه! میلتون وقتی متوجه اوضاع شده بود که تصادفا دکمه Redial موبایلش رو فشار داد و بعد چنان فریاد اوبرین رو ازروی خط شنید که اصلا نفهمید چی گفت! وقتی گوشی رو برداشت ، پسره گفت : فکر کنم دیگه كار ما باهم تموم شده.

The court heard the couple had been together for six months, but the relationship had hit a rocky patch. When O'Brien went to stay with his parents in Exhall, Coventry, Miss Milton invited an ex-boyfriend to her home in Barwell, Leicestershire:

در دادگاه اعلام شد که این زوج 6 ماه با هم بودن اما رابطه شون (اینگونه) با مشکل مواجه شد.وقتی که اوبرین ميره كه پیش خانوادش در "ایکس هال" بمونه، خانوم میلتون B.F سابقش رو به خونه خودش دعوت میکنه . 

John Hallissey, prosecuting, said: "It appears that while they were in bed together - and it is relevant that they were having sex - her mobile phone was knocked on to the floor:

جان هالیسی – پی گرد کننده قانونی ماجراـ گفت: " بنظر میرسه وقتی اون دوتا توی تختخواب بودن و اینطور بر میاد که در حال صکث بودن ، موبایل خانومه به زمین میخوره  

"It landed in such a way that it dialed O'Brien's number. The first she knew of what had happened was when she heard him shouting her name.":

و طوری به زمین میخوره که شماره اوبرین گرفته میشه. خانمه هم زماني متوجه ماجرا میشه كه دوست پسرش از پشت گوشي درحال فرياد زدن اسم اون بود

O'Brien, who has previous convictions for violence, including grievous bodily harm, admitted a charge of assault causing actual bodily harm:

اوبرین که بجهت خشونت، شامل ضرب و جرح جسمی شدید، محکومیت قبلی داره ، اتهام حمله ی منجر به ضرب و شتم جسمی رو قبول کرد.

Judge William told him: "Any court would understand why you were angry:

"But the fact remains you drove 15 miles and confronted this complainant - and I am satisfied you were determined to wreak your revenge. The injuries could have been fatal.":

Poll: British women prefer good texters

 

LONDON, July 11 (UPI) -- A survey suggests British women often judge the character of prospective mates based on their text messaging abilities:

لندن 11 جولای – مطالعه نشون میده که زنان انگلیسی اغلب درباره شخصیت همسر محتمل آینده شون از پیامک هایی که می فرسته قضاوت میکنن.

76 percent of female respondents said they judge potential dates by analyzing their texting style:

76 درصد شرکت کنندگان دراین تحقیق گفتند که با تحلیل کردن پیام کوتاه ها(ی افرادی که باهاشون در رابطه هستن) درباره جفت احتمالي شون نظر میدن.

Forty-one percent of women polled said they are turned off by poor spelling and grammar -- including popular text shorthand such as using the letter "c" in place of "see" -- and 67 percent said they would be more likely to be impressed by a man who sends longer texts that include wit, humor and flirtatious undertones:

41 درصد گفتند که گرامر و هجای غلط پیامک ها مثلا مختصر نویسی هایی مثل نوشتن c بجاي see  اونا رو كم ميل و رغبت ميكنه! 67 درصد گفتند مردی که پیغام های طولانی ای بفرسته که ته رنگ شوخ طبعی و عشوه گری داشته باشه ، اونا رو بیشتر تحت تاثیر قرار میده !  

However, the survey said poor spellers should beware when considering a phone call as a substitute for texting, as 88 percent of women polled said they prefer to converse by text and 37 percent said men seem more "desperate" over the phone than in text messages:

با وجود اینکه تحقیق نشون داد اونایی که خوب هجا نویسی نمی کنن بهتره بجای پیامک نگاری ، مکالمه تلفنی کنن ، 88 درصد زنان مورد تحقیق گفتن که ترجیح میدن بوسیله "متن" گفتگو کنن و 37 درصد هم گفتن که مردها  پشت تلفن ، معمولا " مایوس و نومید" بنظر میرسن تا توی پیغامهاشون.

تیرانا ( پایتخت آلبانی)- ساکنان این شهر سعی میکنن مرگشون رو به تاخیر بندازن! تا دولت و شورای شهر به جر و بحث خود در رابطه با کمبود فضا در قبرستان های این شهر خاتمه بدن:

شهرداری تیرانا یکی از دو گورستان این شهر رو بسته و گفته که اون یکی هم فقط برای ۱ هفته دیگه فضا برای تدفین اموات داره. از دولت هم بخاطر امتناع کردن از سلب مالکیت زمین های اطراف که فضای کافی رو برای دو سال دیگه ی گورستان تامین میکنن انتقاد میکنه:

Cannabis plants removed from Berlin foster home

  A Berlin foster mother was ordered to remove a marijuana crop her teenage son had been growing in the garden where six small children under her care have been playing

Either the plants are removed or the children will be taken away, a church staff member, told the newspaper. One of the childs was seen carrying the plants away in plastic crates

آلماتی - قزاقستان. در یک روستا مرغی تخمگذاری کرده که برروی پوسته ی تخم مرغ نام "الله" حک شده!

یک کشاورز ساکن روستا میگه:

ما از آن نگهداری میکنیم و فکر نمیکنیم که این تخم مرغ فاسد بشه یا از بین بره:

من جایزه  صلح نوبل را در حالی میپذیرم که ۲۲ میلیون سیاه پوست امریکا درحال مبارزه برای به پایان رساندن شب دراز بی عدالتی نژادی اند.

من این جایزه را دریافت میکنم بخاطر جنبش حقوق مدنی که مصمممانه و با بی احترامی( خردبینی)ی باشکوهی! برای تاسیس سلطنت آزادی و فرمانروایی عدالت در حرکت است:    

I accept this award in behalf of a civil rights movement which is moving with determination and a majestic scorn for risk and danger to establish a reign of freedom and a rule of justice

دراین فکرم که تنها دیروز در بیرمنگام و آلبامه فرزندان ما که بشدت خواهان "برادری" اند با رگبار آتش وسگ های خشمگین و حتی مرگ پاسخ داده شدند. 

I am mindful that only yesterday in Birmingham, Alabama, our children, crying out for brotherhood, were answered with fire hoses, snarling dogs and even death

در این فکرم که دیروز با جوانانی که در فیلادلفیا و می سی سی پی بدنبال حق انتخاب بودند وحشیانه رفتار شد و آنها به قتل رسیدند.و دیروز بیش از ۴۰ مکان مقدس بمباران یا ویران شدند فقط به این جهت که پناهگاهی عرضه کرده بودند برای کسانی که نمیخواستند تبعیض نژادی را بپذیرند.

I am mindful that only yesterday in Philadelphia, Mississippi, young people seeing to secure the right to vote were brutalized and murdered. And only yesterday more than 40 houses of worship in the State of Mississippi alone were bombed or burned because they offered a sanctuary to those who would not accept segregation

دراین اندیشه ام که "فقر" ناتوان کننده و خرد کننده مردم ما را رنجور کرده و آنها را به پایین ترین پله نردبان اقتصادی زنجیر کرده است:

I am mindful that debilitating and grinding poverty afflicts my people and chains them to the lowest rung of the economic ladder

بنابراین باید بپرسم چرا این جایزه به جنبشی اهدا میشود که تحت محاصره است و متعهد به منازعه ای بی امان . جنبشی که هنوز صلح و برادری را که جوهره ی جایزه نوبل است بدست نیاورده:

Therefore, I must ask why this prize is awarded to a movement which is beleaguered and committed to unrelenting struggle; to a movement which has not won the very peace and brotherhood which is the essence of the Nobel Prize

بعد از تفکر بسیار به این نتیجه میرسم که جایزه ای که بخاطر این جنبش دریافت کرده ام تشخیص عمیقی ست که " عدم خشونت پاسخ سئوالات سیاسی و اخلاقی حیاتی در زمان ماست".نیاز انسان برای غلبه بر بیداد و ستم و خشونت بدون توسل به ستم و خشونت!:  

After contemplation, I conclude that this award which I receive on behalf of that movement is profound recognition that nonviolence is the answer to the crucial political and moral question of our time -- the need for man to overcome oppression and violence without resorting to violence and oppression

تمدن و خشونت واژه های ضد و نقیضی هستند.سیاهپوستان امریکا بدنبال مردم هند ثابت کرده اند که عدم بکارگیری خشونت تسلیمی بی حاصل نیست . بلکه تیروی قدرتمند اخلاقی ست که دگرگون سازی اجتماعی را بدنبال دارد. دیر یا زود مردم دنیا راهی برای زندگی در آرامش خواهند یافت و بدانوسیله این مرثیه ی عالم گستر ناتمام را به سرود زاینده ی برادری تغییر خواهند داد.  

Civilization and violence are antithetical concepts. Negroes of the United States, following the people of India, have demonstrated that nonviolence is not sterile passivity, but a powerful moral force which makes for social transformation. Sooner or later all the people of the world will have to discover a way to live together in peace, and thereby transform this pending cosmic elegy into a creative psalm of brotherhood

اگر این هدف حاصل شود انسان باید برای نزاع های بشری به شیوه ای دست یابد که انتقام , خشونت و تلافی کردن را باطل کند. شالوده ی چنین روشی عشق است. جاده ی پرپیچ و خمی که از مونتگومی آلبامه به اسلو ختم شده بر این حقیقت صحه میگذارد.این , جاده ایست که میلیونها سیاه پوست بر آن قدم نهاده تا مفهوم نوینی از عزت و جلال را بیابند:

If this is to be achieved, man must evolve for all human conflict a method which rejects revenge, aggression and retaliation. The foundation of such a method is love. The tortuous road which has led from Montgomery, Alabama, to Oslo bears witness to this truth. This is a road over which millions of Negroes are traveling to find a new sense of dignity

من امروز این جایزه را با ایمانی  پایدار و خلل ناپذیر به امریکا می پذیرم و بی باکانه به آینده ی بشر اعتقاد دارم. من از پذیرش ناامیدی بعنوان پاسخ نهایی به ابهامات تاریخ خودداری میکنم:

معتقدم که حتی امروز و درعصر شکوفایی و انفجار صنایع ماشینی و گلوله های سخت هنوز امید به فردایی روشن هست.اعتقاد دارم که عدالت زخم خورده که در خیابان های پر از خون ملت ما بخاک افتاده میتواند از این غبار ننگ برداشته شود تا بصورت عالی بر فرزندان آدم حکمفرمایی کند:  

 believe that even amid today's motor bursts and whining bullets, there is still hope for a brighter tomorrow. I believe that wounded justice, lying prostrate on the blood-flowing streets of our nations, can be lifted from this dust of shame to reign supreme among the children of men

من با جسارت معتقدم انسان در هر کجا میتواند سه وعده غذا در روز برای بدنش داشته باشد. آموزش و فرهنگ برای ذهنش و جلال و شوکت و آزادی برای روحش.معتقدم که آنچه را که انسان های خودمدار( خود پسند) ازهم گسیخته اند انسان های با گذشت میتوانند از نو بسازند.هنوز معتقدم که روزی انسان مقابل پیشگاه خدا تعظیم میکند و تاج پیروزی در برابر جنگ و خونریزی بر سر خواهد نهاد واراده ی رستگاری بخش او در قلمرو حکومتش به منصه ی ظهور در خواهد آمد:  

I have the audacity to believe that peoples everywhere can have three meals a day for their bodies, education and culture for their minds, and dignity, equality and freedom for their spirits. I believe that what self-centered men have torn down, men other-centered can build up. و قوی و ضعیف در کنار هم میمانند و هر انسان در زیردرختان تاک وانجیرش آرام خواهد گرفت وهیچ کس هراسی ندارد:  

And the lion and the lamb shall lie down together and every man shall sit under his own vine and fig tree and none shall be afraid

 "ایمان" به ما برای مقابله با پیشامدهای آینده شجاعت میدهد.به پاهای خسته ی ما در پیمودن گامهای بلند بسوی شهر آزادی قوت دوباره میبخشد.وقتی ابرهای معلق بالای سرما روزها را دلتنگ کننده میکنند و شبهامان از هزاران نیمه شب تاریکتر میشوندآنوقت است که میدانیم در غوغای آفریننده ی تمدنی اصیل زندگی میکنیم که برای متولد شدن میجنگد:

This faith can give us courage to face the uncertainties of the future. It will give our tired feet new strength as we continue our forward stride toward the city of freedom. When our days become dreary with low-hovering clouds and our nights become darker than a thousand midnights, we will know that we are living in the creative turmoil of a genuine civilization struggling to be born

فکر میکنم آلفرد نوبل میداند منظورم چیست وقتی که میگویم که این جایزه را در جو عمومی متصدیان ارثی گرانبها که او با اعتماد به دارندگانش برگزار میکند دریافت میکنم. تمام کسانی که برای آنها زیبایی حقیقت است و حقیقت زیبایی -- و در نگاه چه کسانی زیبایی صلح و برادری با ارزش تر از الماس و نقره و طلاست؟

I think Alfred Nobel would know what I mean when I say that I accept this award in the spirit of a curator of some precious heirloom which he holds in trust for its true owners -- all those to whom beauty is truth and truth beauty -- and in whose eyes the beauty of genuine brotherhood and peace is more precious than diamonds or silver or gold
